I think I’m in love with this bedroom. It’s designed by Samantha Pynn of Pure Design on HGTV, and photographed by Virginia McDonald.

The color palette is so simple and calm, perfect for a bedroom.

In keeping of the color palette of the bedroom, this living room is equally soft and pretty. Blue horizontal stripes adds unexpected fun to this room. I love it!

I love how Samantha pairs traditional dining chairs with a simple high gloss dining table. It’s the way you mix and match that makes a room interesting.

The living room as seen from the dining room. See the entryway to the right? Let’s take a closer look:

A fabulous diamond patten wallpaper makes a bold statement in here.

  1. ooh i love that bedroom. I want that headboard for my daughter’s room!

  2. If I remember correctly, I think this is actually Samantha Pynn’s home.

I love the pink tufted chairs – although if they were mine, they’d be a different colour :-)

  3. That entry way is amazing! Love the bold pattern. And I’m a big fan of those horizontal stripes too! Looking good Linda :)

  4. That pendant is divine, love this mix of colours….just the perfect colour blue, although I would add a little bit more blue for my senses. Love those cushions on the bed.
Thanks for popping over to my blog. Have a great Thursday.

  5. I think Kelly is right about it being Samatha Pynn’s room. I am not a pink lover but apparently I’m going to be seeing alot of it this year – it being the colour of 2011!

I have been trying so hard to find that 3 panel gold screen in the corner in the second picture! Anyone have any ideas?

  7. Where was the blue and white garden stool purchased?

    • Hi Rhonda! Can’t say I’ve seen the exact same garden stool anywhere before, but a quick google search for “white blue garden stool” will get you a lot of cute alternatives =)

PS: love your web address ;-)
