Spring is Definitely In!

TIMOTHY WHEALON / ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST
This entry is traditional meets contemporary – at it’s very best! Timothy played on the classic aspects of the room and jazzed it up with pops of mint green and fuchsia. The Chinoiserie inspired mural emphasizes the height of the room, while at the same time tying it all together. Insanely pretty! Happy Easter my Friends! Xox Linda

I love that room! I did a nursery mural for a client about 6 years ago that looks very similar. I showed the client a mural done in an upstate NY home and it was called Swedish inspired (it was Julia Szabo’s home). The client fell in love with it – so I recreated it for her. However, the client wanted me to add fairies and butterflies with glitter to the room also – so it didn’t keep the same flavor! But – the client was so pleased. I still get a Christmas card from them every year.
Happy Easter!!
