Welcome to Baby Xavier’s Heavenly Nursery

July 25, 2012 in Beige, Nursery/ Kids room

HABITAT + BEYOND

The lovely Kelle of Habitat + Beyond emailed me these amazing photos of her son Xavier’s nursery, and I am utterly impressed. Kelle is an interior designer specializing in nursery design, so let’s take a closer look at what she put together for her little bundle of joy:

HABITAT + BEYOND

The walls she painted in a two tone beige stripe. A simple color palette like this can be easily updated as Xavier advances in age.

Loving these bookends, so sweet.

My favorite part of the entire room is definitely this floating branch clothing rack.

It took me some time to figure out what kind of magic Kelle used to float that twig, and finally I saw the fishing line. Magic indeed.

HABITAT + BEYOND

The super cozy mommy and me nook.

Hope you enjoyed, bye bye from zebra teddy and Linda

  1. Just darling! Love the texture with the branch in there.

  2. This is about the cutest nursery I have ever seen! Makes me feel bad for not making my son’s room look spectacular.

  3. The floating branch is genius! The blue accents really stand out from the subtle colors of the room! Love…:)

  4. I love the products that you have chosen. I aim for this in my childrens room but somehow it lasts a day and then is a mess. I am inspired and am going downstairs now to make their rooms pretty again.

  7. Love the floating branch, just wondering how you managed to achieve this?
