Yet another interior designer has found her way into my heart, and this time it’s Christina Sullivan Roughan of Roughan Interior Design. I’m in total awe of this beautiful light living room. The balance between traditional and coastal is just sublime.

The color palette of beige, creams and blue is accented with chrome accents and bold patterns. The large sea life prints are undoubtedly my favorite feature of this room though, they are so unexpected and fun.

Big LOVE! Especially that coffered ceiling – it’s fabulous! And the big seahorse artwork is so cool.

Honestly, does it get any more Coastal perfection than this??? Um, no, definitely not! It’s so bright and airy, yet not all of it has to be directly themed…genius! I’m loving that 2nd picture with the great shot of the pillows, SO LOVELY! Thanks for the introduction to Christina, I’m going to have to look in to that some more!

This is such a beautiful, sophisticated take on coastal design – I love it! Yes, the prints are so pretty and I love the unusual seats in front of the fireplace too…
