I’m absolutely head over heels over for designer Ana Antunes’ amazing home. It’s light and modern, and chock full of amazing vignettes! What’s not to love about that?

I came across this amazing purple room on Pinterest, and immediately fell in love with the wonderful atmosphere and the endless glamour. After a little investigative journalism, I found it to be The Phene restaurant in London.

THE PHENE VIA AN AMERICAN GIRL IN CHELSEA
A beautiful specimen of the sun mirror, layered on top of a floor-to-ceiling mirrored fireplace definitely constitute the focal point of the room. Apart from the gold ceiling, the room is decorated in a monochromatic color scheme of purple. Velvet fabric adds a heaviness and shine that I always find very glamorous. This photo of TV personality Khloe Kardashian’s glamorous home office has been on my radar for some time now, and as I keep stumbling across more and more gorgeous photos, I feel it’s time to put them all together in a blog post :) Good idea, right?

This purple living room is the lovely work of interior stylist Emily Henderson of HGTV’s Secrets From a Stylist.

She picked a lovely plum paint color for the walls. To lighten the overall atmosphere of the room, she installed white baseboards and light drapery.

Aren’t the rustic elements in this living room just lovely? I think it makes such a cozy atmosphere.

The paint color is BM Vintage Charm. (Looks so different on the wall, huh?)
