This gorgeous bedroom has me dreaming every time I see it. It’s one of Phoebe Howard‘s many masterpieces, and I’ve been drooling over that curvy dream of a headboard for about 3 years now.

Needless to say, I was quite satisfied when I ran across the very same bed at Candelabra. It’s upholstered in Raffia and decorated with nailheads. I Love that the entire bed is upholstered, and not just the headboard. I could definitely get a good night’s sleep in that beautiful bed. On second thought, I think the price tag of $2,400.00 would keep me awake…

Now have you ever tried to find nice coral colored bedding online? It’s not that easy. I always find Williams Sonoma has very pretty ones though. The three in the image above are coral, solid and greek key. (ps. they are all on sale ;)

1. Curvy headboard with chunky linen in colorway Ivory, 2. Nailhead trim, 3. Coral bedding.
Not exactly Phoebe Howard material, but I think I could sleep well here too. The curvy headboard is covered with chunky linen in colorway Ivy, the nailhead trim is $3.99 for 100 nails, and the coral bedding is $384.00 for the entire set (king size). Yup, better sleep indeed.

PS: I’m finally on Pinterest, and I’m looking for inspiring people to follow ;)
The ever so lovely Traditional Home featured one of my favorite living rooms, which you might have seen in my previous post here. Generally, red isn’t a color I’m very fond of, but coral red is a whole different story. What a treat to get to see and learn more about this lovely home! You can read more about that gorgeous coffee table here =)

It’s a Massucco Warner Miller design, of course ;) . According to Traditional Home, the wife part of the home owners, got pregnant during the early stage of the design process, and left the husband in charge (in the very good hands of Designer Julie Massucco Kleiner) of the design process. Can you say wow?? I’d die if my hubby had any part in making our living room look that good!!

How adorable is this little darling?

The x benches are designed by Julie Massucco Kleiner herself! You can visit Traditional Home for a complete source list ;) Hope your enjoyed this room!

I’m so delighted to have just discovered the wonderful magazine At Home in Arkansas. This dining room was (as per usual) love as first sight, and is designed by Arkansas native Tobi Fairley.
*
The dining room is executed in a simple and stunning color palette of brown, white and red.
*
Red dining chairs with white piping, it would never have occured to me. I love the detail on the backs, do you?
*
The opposite room has an inverse color scheme of red walls and brown accents. Here is yet another idea for all you shadow box lovers; mirrored!

A closeup of the lovely details.

I can’t get this room off my mind. Even though red is not exactly one of my favorite colors, I would give anything to have my living room look like this. My reason for re-posting this is because I just came across the star of this show; the brass rope coffee table! Of course I’m sharing the deets with you:
*
Fantastic, isn’t it? It’s apparently inspired by a piece of jewelry, and is available at Kohler Interiors as part of the Baker collection.
*
Another look at the rope twist coffee table in use.. The place where I first fell in love with it =)
*
So, what do You think of the rope twist coffee table? Love it or hate it?
This beige and coral red dream of a living room is designed by Massucco Warner Miller:

The color palette is so fresh and fun. I love neutral rooms with fresh accent colors. If the chairs were neutral too, the color palette of this room could easily be transformed just by changing the curtains and accent pillows.
*

We’ve been seeing a lot of glass top brass tables lately. This one is definitely one of my favorites so far. If you look carefully, the frame is designed to look like rope. look at the “knots” on the legs.
*

Color paltte for this room. Wall color looks like BM Donald Kaufman.

This bedroom can be yours for a night or two if you happen to visit Australia. It is the Clarendon Hotel in Newcastle:
*

The room is beige with a rusty red accent wall behind the deep brown leather bed. I really like this type of bed, there is just something about the bed end that appeals to me. Simple lines, rich colors and heavy drapes combine into a masculine bedroom.
