Color Roundup; Turquoise and Red

Lately I’ve been seeing all these fab interiors based on the color combination of turquoise and red. Here’s a few fantastic examples:

This gorgeous living room is designed by the one and only Tobi Fairley. Wall color is BM Arrow Wood, Red coral pillow by Belle Escape and turquoise accents by Z Gallerie.

This image by Traditional Home is also based on a creamy beige wall color with fresh accents of turquoise and red.

This little girls room (I assume) is designed by Massucco Warner Miller. The paint color is similar to BM Blue Appeal, the white elephant is from Z Gallerie and silhouette pillows are available at Aunt Becky.

This room found on HGTV is also based around a blue teal wall color accented with gorgeous reds.

Grasscloth Wallpaper

Beuge black turquoise blue home office chic coastal style with wooden blinfs and bamboo art

The girls of Waterleaf Interiors designed this tiny but stunning home workspace. The wall looks to be covered in grasscloth wallpaper, which is beautifully contrasted by the black desk and frames. For extra luxury they added a glass top to the desk. The beautiful details of the bamboo chair come to life with a coat of turquoise paint, a color that is repeated in the coral wall art flanking the window. The wooden blind finishes the nature inspired look of this home office.

In this photo by Keith Scott Morton we have another example of grasscloth wallcovering paired with turquoise. Here too, the design is contrasted with deep black accents and finished of with a wicker type coffee table.

Here is another home office with grasscloth wall covering, designed by Elaine Griffin. Black plays a major part in this room too, but the accent color is bright green. I adore all of these three spaces, what do you think?

Celebrity Homes: The Nurseries of Marcia Cross and Minnie Driver

I recently discovered textile designer Anette Tatum. I love these three designs Anette did for her celebrity clients Marcia Cross and Minnie Driver.

This is so bright and fun! I get a circus vibe from the valances and color theme!

This super soft yellow and white nursery is too pretty! Love the polar bear rocking horse and the pretty skirts on the shelves over the changing table. Read more about Minnie’s nurseries here.
