Hi guys! Just wanted to let you know I’m still alive. Been so tired and depleted of energy for the last two weeks, and between working and sleeping I’ve had no energy for blogging =( Apparently I’ve been graced by the flu, but I always get to the tired state, never actually sick so I’m beating myself for being lazy. Yes, sometimes it’s good to be diagnosed with the swine flu =) Nice to have an excuse for sleeping 18 hours at a time =) As I’m feeling a lot better today, I will resume posting fab stuff as soon as possible. In the meantime, enjoy this gorgeous dining room. Hop on over to At Home Arkansas for more inspiration ;-) Xoxx Linda <3

Well hello there! Thought you might enjoy this fun space decked out in heavenly lattice and a bright color palette of white, green and pink. I really wanted to know what Prego Sem Estopa means, so I tried my luck on Google Translate. It came back as “Brad tow” which makes even less sense to me. I asked my Brazilian friend, and she informed me that prego means nails, so I’m guessing it means something like nails and fabric. If you know what it means, please let me know in the comments or on my Facebook, I’m dying to know!!! Okay enough about the name, let’s look at more pretty pictures:
I’m loving the simple color palette of this home. Charcoal gray on white with pops of gold. Very unique color palette.
MARK WILLIAMS DESIGN / YUMMY SCRUMPTIOUS
This living room made my heart skip a beat. The softness of the sheer draperies and the subtle patterns adds such a great depth to this traditionally styled living room. New traditional is definitely a good description for this beautiful home.
Wow take a look at that gorgeous fireplace! From what I can tell this is the home of Spanish interior designer Belén Domecq.
I just couldn’t help myself featuring another one of Ashley’s amazing works. This guest bedroom is such an unusual beauty. Dark, clean and minimal, this bedroom appeals to both sexes. The leather upholstered beds ads a masculine touch, along with the rich brown paint. As dark colors must be balanced with light ones (unless you aspire to live in a dungeon), there’s no better way to go than white. The fitted table skirt covering the bedside table is one of my favorites (see lot’s of evidence here ;-). And yes, the leopard print pillows are definitely the icing on this delicious chocolate cake.

LEOPARD ACCENT PILLOW / ASHLEY GOFORTH
Reading the specifications on this leopard accent pillow made me giggle: “spot clean only”. Alrighty then.. =)
