This beautiful living room instantly caught my eye on Pinterest. The color palette is absolutely striking. Aqua blue, chartreuse and purple on beige. Yes please! This room instantly reminded me of another beauty I’ve been drooling over for a long time:

This amazing tablescape designed by JL Design, is based on the concept of color blocking. This color palette of marine blue, white, coral and yellow is driving me crazy. So unusual, and so extremely pretty.

Hi friends! Thought I’d share a few snaps of my coffee table this lovely Sunday. What do you think about my new shells? They come all the way from Thailand (thank you mom and dad!) along with many others. I’ll stage a photoshoot with the rest next weekend =)

The details on this shell is beyond amazing. Looks like the icing on a cake. On a different note: Can you imagine the size of the snail that created this baby? Kind of yucky..?

I planted an orchid in this pretty cement urn, and I just love the way it looks. So happy it’s still alive and blooming a month after I bough it. Yay!

The mirrored brass tray was a gift from my uncle, he found it by a dumpster, in it’s original packaging. Can you believe it??! One man’s trash is now my treasure =D

The soft rouge wall paint sets the tone of this gorgeous bedroom. Feminine curves and luxurious fabrics are beautifully contrasted by simple lines and deep brown details. I’d love to get my hands on that beautiful bedspread =)

Another ultra feminine room, more specifically the dining room. Nothing says feminine like pink, and pink silk drapes are the ultimate estrogen display. A skirted round table and a magnificent crystal chandelier doesn’t hurt either.

The refreshing color combination of hot pink and orange is one of my favorites. It looks great by itself, but in my opinion, even better when paired with other bright colors. Let’s have a looksie:

Hi guys! Just wanted to let you know I’m still alive. Been so tired and depleted of energy for the last two weeks, and between working and sleeping I’ve had no energy for blogging =( Apparently I’ve been graced by the flu, but I always get to the tired state, never actually sick so I’m beating myself for being lazy. Yes, sometimes it’s good to be diagnosed with the swine flu =) Nice to have an excuse for sleeping 18 hours at a time =) As I’m feeling a lot better today, I will resume posting fab stuff as soon as possible.
