Remember I posted this photo earlier in a post about nailhead trimmed furniture? I knew the photographer was Laura Moss, but didn’t know it was Jamie Herzlinger who was the designer behind this gorgeous living room. I just love everything about this room; the relaxing color palette, the spectacular patterns, the shiny surfaces and the incredible furniture.

I was excited when I came across more of this fabulous home, and of course I’m sharing it!

I absolutely love when designers share their sketches in their portfolio. You get such a unique glimpse into the way they work. I’m sure you have already realized that this is the original plan for the living room above. Go check out Jamie’s portfolio to see what the space looked like before, during and after she got her magic hands on it. Amazing transformation.

The dining room is kept pretty simple, with few, but large pieces to give that regal feel. Notice the beautiful details in the ceiling when you are done staring at those amazing chairs ;)

The dining room from another angle. Jamie also shares her original doorway arch plan, you can go back to the first photo to get a better look at it, it’s amazing! I also love it when the two end chairs are a little different than the rest, like here, where they have arm rests.
