My Peach and Pink Painting

Hi Friends! Hope you are all doing wonderfully well, and are enjoying the Holidays. I’ve been on a painting streak lately, and as I promised, I will share more photos of my works. Our apartment is drowing in paintings at the moment, and if I’m to keep up my hobby at this rate, I’ll need to open a tiny art shop LOL!  That would be a fun venture for 2012? LYNN MORGAN DESIGN / STRIPE / CORAL

Remember THIS home designed by Lynn Morgan? Well here’s another favorite amongst her work. She started with a crisp white base and layered black to balance out the visual weight of the fireplace, and popped it all with coral pink. The stark color contrast is underlined by the strict symmetry and hard edges. A bit Scandinavian if you ask me =)
