Here’s another beauty of a bedroom, courtesy of At Home Arkansas. It’s the bedroom of Interior Designer Cynthia Smiley. Notice how Cynthia uses textures to perfection. I also love how effortlessly she mixes styles in this room, just look at the Gustavian benches, the sleek modern bed frame, and the coastal elements and rattan bedside tables. The result is luxurious but far from pretentious.

According to At Home Arkansas, the paint color is Benjamin Moore Coastal Fog. To achieve this look, go for light colored fabrics in white, cream, beiges and grays. Pay extra attention to textures, and add a touch a color with toned down hues of peach, green and blue.
This beautiful bouquet of peach colored roses finishes of one of the bedside tables perfectly. The other one is topped with an equally pretty white coral.
This silver leafed dresser is decorated to perfection. The power of a perfect vignette is undeniable. Another closeup just because it’s so pretty. To read the article and view the source list, visit At Home Arkansas! Hope you enjoyed this room ;)

I’m loving the over sized paisley wallpaper pattern in this bedroom. It certainly adds a lot of drama to the room. The color palette is soft but dramatic with taupe and smokey light blue. Adding to the drama is the heavy curtains mounted just underneath the ceiling, draping onto the floor, and the carefully planned lighting.

Zooming in we get to take a closer look at the bed. Notice the padded headboard.. it has got armrests! At the end of the bed Brett placed a Gustavian bench. I love the warm red color of the lamp shades too.

The wallcovering is called Rajapur by Cole & Son, the Gray and yellow Ikat pillow is available at Etsy and designed by Elegant Touch, and the drop dead gorgeous gray herringbone throw is available at Utmost Fashion.

The walls are covered with reindeer and trees, with the ceiling picking up the lilac tones from the wall. The four poster bed is placed on a custom hand sown cowhide rug in various shades of cream.

Color palette for this look!

The fairytale wall covering is actually a mural. The Four poster bed is custom made in polished cattle bone (which is kinda grotesque..?). Take a look at the beautiful clove leaf details on the headboard.

Just beautiful!

This cabinet is also custom made with metallic doors and branch pulls.
