I must admit the option of blue and white zebra curtains has never occured to me, but they do look pretty darn fabulous is this room! So many cute details in this photo, the fish lamp reminds me of one previously carried by Z Gallerie.

Here’s the talented designer herself, Kimberly, as the crowning jewel of her lovely creation. From the looks of it she knows a thing or two about personal style too ;) Notice that the wallpaper she used is not extended to the remaining walls of the bedroom, it functions as an accent wall behind the bed, with the rest of the room covered in seagrass wallcovering without the fan leaf print.

This is the wallpaper used in the bedroom, it’s Montague Grasscloth by Twenty2. First I thought the base of the wallpaper as orange, but it looks like it’s actually natural colored seagrass. Whatever it is, the room is spectacular, wouldn’t you agree?

I’m not a lover of orange but it looks pretty darn good with turquoise. It’s always good to stretch your colour muscles….
Orange and blue work so good together it´s a fantastic combination of colours!
Darn right! We are devotees of the zeb pattern! Complementary color, well I’m all about that, but I’m understanding gray scale every day, and appreciate the drive and intellect that designers and artists pour into their work every hour. I learn from all of you everyday, and my imagination expands with your visions. I’m in junior league, thank you note mode, except, I don’t think I can actually write with a pen anymore! My Mother is so ashamed!! My virtual thank you, still exists with real feeling! We are all about the discussion of dwellings, and pretty, and beautiful, and art. For me, it really beats college, and book clubs. I’m getting way out there, but I think its real. Has anyone seen “Inception?” We might wake up one day and have to hold a totem to know where we are. Sorry, a big cultural digression, but I think relevant for our far flung affiliations. Post On…

I love the blue & white zebra print curtains. The night table and turquoise lamp are pretty fab too :-)

As a long time wallpaper designer, I love this room, the wallpaper and the light aqua zebra print. Fabulous together. Nice decorating. The wallpaper totally adds a warmth and dimension to the entire room. Beautiful!
